4. Course Purchases and Payment

The 12 Week GLP-1 Transition Strategy is a digital educational course sold through Stripe Checkout. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the course content delivered via Notion.
• Course access is for individual, personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, resell, or sublicense course content.
• We reserve the right to update, revise, or supplement course content at our discretion.

5. Refund Policy

Because the 12 Week GLP-1 Transition Strategy is a digital product with immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once course access has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your course, contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Mobile Applications

Our mobile applications, including Pepper GLP-1, are distributed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s Terms and Conditions in addition to these Terms of Service. In-app purchases and subscriptions are governed by your Apple ID account and Apple’s billing policies.

Application features, content, and availability may change at any time. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any application or feature without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our courses and applications — including text, graphics, logos, curriculum, frameworks, visual designs, and software — is the intellectual property of The Company Chiro, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use for educational reference is permitted.
